Must I have a web site to use iContribute? No. We can easily build a standalone site or build a page that closely matches your Web site. Can you integrate iContribute directly on my Web site? Starting in early 2008, we will be integrating iContribute directly into Web sites designed by our exclusive partner, Engage We will also be developing donation widgets that allow supporters to begin the process of contributing on your main Web site, or on external blogs and Web sites. How secure is donating online? We offer the greatest security possible. The only the credit card number processing company will have access to the credit card numbers. With permission, we can simplify the process for repeat donors. How often do you transfer contribution income into our account? We transfer funds electronically on a weekly basis. What is your refund policy? We can directly refund contributions made prior to the weekly transfer into your account. We will provide you with a report of refunded contributions for reporting purposes. How can I track who donates? We will give you a user name and password to access all donation information. Will I have access to my donors’ credit card information? No. We use transaction codes instead of the actual credit card information. Do I need make arrangements with Visa, MasterCard or American Express? No. Our company already has a merchant ID with all major credit card companies. How does the charge appear on the donor’s credit card statement? All charges will appear on the credit card statements as “iContribute - Online Contribution.” How do I thank my donors? Within seconds of processing a donation, we automatically send out a thank you letter. You can customize these letters to your liking.
